Teresa Stewart, a former Missouri Conference pastor, is the founder of www.SmallChurch.org. She works with small churches in most mainline denominations, finding ways to develop healthy congregations that do not suffer from the “small church syndrome.” Teresa stresses that small churches aren’t miniature versions of large churches. Small churches have unique strengths that large congregations don’t have.
