MAGA is opening the gates of hell in the 2025 Pennsylvania Supreme Court election and is weeks away from pulling off one of the biggest electoral coups in American history.

We knew this was coming because if MAGA wins and seizes the PA Supreme Court, Pennsylvania is theirs for the taking. Democrats will never win Pennsylvania again. 19 electoral college votes in the penultimate swing state—gone forever.

These warnings went largely unheeded… now our apocalyptic prophecy has come to fruition. An unprecedented surprise attack by MAGA is in full swing, and Democrats have been caught completely off guard. We are hanging on for dear life.

Right now, Defend Our Courts is one of the only democratic organizations organizing the defense of PA’s democratic Supreme Court justices, and we are facing nothing short of a tidal wave of MAGA spending.

Thankfully, enough small-dollar democratic grassroots donors listened to our warning, and we are now a serious player in this race, having raised $1.5 million.
