Friend,
Brady’s legal team is working overtime to protect the laws that keep us safe. And we are doing more than just holding the line, friend. Courts refer to our briefs when they uphold common-sense legislation, keeping guns out of the hands of those who are a danger to themselves and others. We’re at the forefront of conversations around the correct interpretation of the Second Amendment, and when the gun industry challenges laws in the largest of states or the smallest of towns, Brady meets them there with the facts that prove that gun laws save lives.
Your support makes it possible for our team to keep winning against the gun rights extremists in court. And right now, a generous group of donors is MATCHING all donations to fuel our lifesaving efforts: [[link removed]]

I n courts across the country, Brady’s legal team is showing that we are sensible, reputable, and— when challenged—a gritty opponent. Here is how we’re moving the needle on gun safety:
* Our Affirmative Litigation Team is pioneering a new wave of lawsuits against the gun industry. The historic win in Baltimore, which awarded the largest verdict against a gun company ever, has proven the road map for how municipalities can hold gun companies accountable for the harm caused by their products.
* Our Amicus Team is joining new, critical conversations each year. Between July 2024 and June 2025, Brady filed nearly 50 amicus briefs, providing important insights on twenty-five critical gun violence prevention topics. Some of our most filed-on topics were Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPOs), Sensitive Places, and Waiting Periods.
* Our voice is heard in courtrooms nationwide. Brady’s amicus briefs reached 21 jurisdictions across the country between July 2024 and June 2025. As more courts uphold gun violence prevention laws as constitutional, neighboring states can be empowered to enact similar common-sense safety measures.
Friend , our work in the courts is one of the most powerful tools we have against gun violence, and it is only possible because of supporters like you. And right now, your gift can go twice as far with a limited-time match>> [[link removed]]
