*Staff members connect with workers and employers during Workplace Rights Week*

Workplace Rights Week graphic

This year's Workplace Rights Week [ [link removed] ] highlighted our agency's commitment to education, outreach and enforcement. Staff members visited 1,470 workplaces across Minnesota and partnered with 13 community groups, sharing information about wage laws, workplace safety and more.

In addition to in-person visits, teams distributed multilingual materials, answered questions on site and built new partnerships with local organizations. These efforts help ensure workers understand their rights and employers know their responsibilities.
