Ronald Reagan trotted out his wife Nancy to “just say no.”  Joe Biden just said yes as he gutted border enforcement leading to record amounts of dangerous drugs being smuggled into the USA.President Bush the Elder did invade Panama for about ten minutes to arrest its dope dealer president, Manuel Noriega. That slime ball wound up in an American penitentiary.
