A six-mile stretch of fuel tanks in NW Portland stores 90% of Oregon’s liquid fuel – and it’s in an earthquake zone. A rupture of the Critical Energy Infrastructure (CEI) Hub would poison our rivers and blanket our neighborhoods with toxic pollutants, triggering what could be the biggest industrial disaster in U.S. history.
