As harvest season is underway, use extra caution on the roads when you see farm equipment. Since equipment can be slow and much wider than traffic lanes, farm equipment operators may not be able to see other vehicles in the area.
When approaching equipment slow down, be prepared to stop, give yourself plenty of room and watch to see if the farmer is getting ready to turn if you are passing. Stay safe!
