The Los Angeles County Treasurer and Tax Collector (TTC) will mail the 2025-26 Annual Secured Property Tax Bills on or before Saturday, November 1, 2025, to all property owners at the addresses shown on the tax roll. TTC also reminds property owners that the California Revenue and Taxation Code Section 2610.5 does not relieve a property owner of the responsibility to make timely payments due to failure to receive a tax bill.

TTC recommends property owners pay property taxes online. Electronic check payments are easy, available at no cost, and only require bank routing and checking account information. Payments made with a credit/debit card will incur a service fee of the transaction amount. TTC now offers property owners the ability to set up monthly payments with a bank account or credit/debit card in a convenient, automated monthly property tax payment option through a partnership with Easy Smart Pay.
