Select Thursdays, October 9—January 22
3:30 pm ET/2:30 pm CT/12:30 pm PT

Musicians and music industry professionals often experience stress, burn-out and/or feelings of frustration while navigating the unpredictable nature of their careers. This eight-week group invites participants to talk about their thoughts, feelings and experiences working in music to build support with their peers and to identify self-care strategies. Additionally, guest experts will share information and tips on aspects of the industry.

Topics in this group may include, but are not limited to:

  • Challenges endured in the music industry
  • Solutions, strategies and practices that musicians have been using to navigate their careers
  • Brainstorming ways to overcome barriers within the music industry

This is an eight-week drop-in group. The group runs every other Thursday starting October 9 through January 22. Please register for each session separately.
