St. Paul is an overlooked mission field but the fields are ripe for harvest. What will you do in 2026?
God isn't calling our elected officials to be Republican or Democrat. He’s calling them to be people governed by God's righteousness and the fear of God, ruling in subjection to God as the true ruler (2 Samuel 23:3).When we have meetings with our leaders, our goal is for them to see that Christ is calling them to this.
We also want our elected officials to understand that Christ is the only one who can live up to that ideal. Thus, Jesus alone can save them when they fail. To this end, the Church Ambassador Network (an initiative of Minnesota Family Council) connects the leaders of the church to the leaders of government.
Our aim is for the thousands of people employed by the government in St. Paul to see who Jesus is and who He is calling them to be. As we minister together to this end, these same governing officials will begin to see the church as a primary resource to meet needs in our communities. So, join us!
Encourage your pastor to take a day to minister with the Church Ambassador Network. Please also ask your church to partner with the Church Ambassador Network by adding us to their missions’ budget.
The Capitol is an underreached mission field, but with your church’s help, we can continue to point Minnesota's government leaders to be who Jesus is calling them to be. When this happens, we will see our elected officials ruling in righteousness. What a Minnesota that will be!
