🚨 BREAKING NEWS FROM SOUTH CAROLINA 🚨

Team, South Carolina lawmakers just held a hearing on Senate Bill 323—one of the most extreme anti-abortion bills we've ever seen.

This extremist bill would:

  • Make abortion a felony homicide, with penalties of up to 30 years in prison
  • Remove what little remains of exceptions for rape, incest, and fatal fetal anomaly
  • Criminalize giving information about abortion—even through a phone call or a website
  • Force students to watch an anti-abortion propaganda video called "Meet Baby Olivia" in public schools
  • Threaten access to birth control and IVF by rewriting the very definitions of "contraception," "fertilization," and "pregnancy"

This is not just about South Carolina. It's about creating a blueprint for national abortion and birth control bans. This is unacceptable.

The Center is fighting back against this coordinated attack on your health care. But we need your help. Our legal work depends on the support of people like you who believe in reproductive freedom, dignity, and autonomy.

In solidarity,
