The upcoming November 2025 Pennsylvania Supreme Court Election is the most important election of 2025, and chances are you haven’t even heard of it.

On the line is control of Pennsylvania, its voting system, congressional maps, abortion, and more. If MAGA seizes the Court, Dems will lose Pennsylvania and its 19 electoral college votes for the next decade and beyond.

We will lose in 2026 and never win a presidential election again.

Which is exactly why MAGA is pulling out all stops to win this race, including propagating some of the most diabolical lies imaginable:

This mailer from a PAC bankrolled by the richest man in PA, ultra-maga billionaire Jeff Yass, says that the “liberal Supreme Court gerrymandered our congressional districts to help Democrats win” and includes an image of a congressional map, with two mangled districts circled in red.

This isn’t true. A GOP-controlled state legislature drew these maps in 2011. They were so gerrymandered that 13 of PA’s 18 Congressional seats went red. The current Supreme Court overturned it in 2018, declaring it a partisan gerrymander that favored Republicans.

Trump wants to reinstate the gerrymandered maps and go even further by removing all Democratic seats from PA. To do that, he is working to remove the justices who struck the original map down. He’ll have his chance in 33 days when they go up for reelection.

This election is so important to the GOP that they are treating it like a Presidential election, spending in the tens and soon hundreds of millions. Defend Our Courts is coordinating the Democrats' defense of this key court, but we are outnumbered, outgunned, and time is running out.
