Howdy John,
A few months ago, we launched A Stronger Colorado to rebuild the Democratic Party from the ground up. So far, it has been an incredible success. Every day, hundreds of volunteers are engaging in their communities - making calls, knocking doors, attending meetings, recruiting Precinct Organizers - building the winning coalition we need.
And we want you to be a part of it! At its core, ASC is designed to break down the walls that prevent folks from not only joining the Democratic Party, but investing their time and resources to help build the party in every community in Colorado. There are three main objectives: |
-
Re-writing the Colorado Democratic Platform to reflect what Coloradans are actually living through and how Democrats can help them build a good life, no matter their background, income, or zip code.
- Recruiting and training thousands of new Precinct Organizers throughout Colorado with cutting edge tactics and technology that makes the world your personal field office.
- Invest in our County Parties to build on the success of the Colorado County Comeback, a 2024 initiative that delivered critical funding to rural and red counties to build long-lasting Democratic infrastructure across the state.

What the heck is relational organizing?! For too long, we’ve asked supporters of our Party and our candidates to come to us to organize. Think coming to a library, an office, or a coffee shop to pick up a packet of doors a few weeks before an election. A Stronger Colorado flips the script and now we’ll be coming to you.
At its core, it’s just reaching out to your people — the folks you already know — and helping them plug into what’s happening, why it matters, and how they can be part of it. While lit-dropping, canvassing, and phone banks will always have a place in our campaigns, we’re learning that what can often matter most is talking to the people who personally trust you as a friend and a leader.
It’s sharing posts, articles, memes, voice notes, whatever works for your crew, and actually listening to what they care about and responding. Because whether or not your friends are doom-scrolling Twitter (or X, ugh), they still care about their rights, their rent, their families, their futures, and yes — the vibes. The ultimate goal here is to get our friends to vote. We’re trying to keep this democracy group project alive a little longer, okay? But more than that, it’s about: - Organizing by talking to your friends, family, coworkers, and folks in the spaces you’re already in. These people love and trust you, which makes you the very best messenger for our Party.
-
Connecting you with like-minded folks in your neighborhood using sophisticated data scores to make sure you’re talking to folks who are ready to hear from you, get plugged into the Party, and have fun while doing it.
-
Letting you and your county party organize anywhere on your time, and get rewarded for it with prizes, gift cards, and more for doing a bang up job.
-
Tearing down barriers! This campaign trains you on how to be a Precinct Organizer, the most important role in winning elections, by doing the work — not having to figure it out yourself or sift through long trainings or documents to start organizing.
