Hi -- it's Adam Schiff, DSCC Vice Chair.
In a moment, I'm going to talk to you about something deeply important, both to me personally and to the future of our nation. But first, I have to ask: Will you chip in $5 right now to help flip the Senate blue and take power away from the MAGA majority as they work to enact Trump's dangerous agenda?
I'm going to put it plain and simple -- Democrats have a huge opportunity to pick up Senate seats -- including in a pair of special elections on the calendar. We've got a chance to capture seats that wouldn't have been up for years -- and in this moment, after all that we've seen from Donald Trump and his lawless administration including this shutdown, we have to fight for every opportunity to defeat them.
As someone who has won a special election to the Senate, I cannot emphasize enough the importance of this. Democrats only need a few seats to flip the Senate majority, and with the GOP defending more seats than they were expecting, we have a real chance to catch them flat-footed.
But we can't just sit around and cross our fingers -- we must do what we can right now to secure the resources we need to win seats like Ohio and Florida, defend blue battleground seats across the country, pick up key seats, and defeat Trump's handpicked enablers.
These special elections are among a tiny handful of races that could decide the majority, so I have to ask: Will you chip in $5 to help Democrats win key elections like these and flip the Senate majority? In critical races, every dollar counts.
