Atlantic City, New Jersey

As Rich stood vigil in front of the abortion facility, a woman stopped her car and got out to ask him for a hug.

"Thank you for being here," she said. "I was raped, got pregnant, and gave the child up for adoption."

Even though Rich got the impression that this happened years ago, the woman was still grateful to see pro-lifers out empowering moms to choose life.

"She wants to help," Rich said. "She said she would...join us on the sidewalk."

West Palm Beach, Florida

Bishop Gerald Barbarito recently made a visit to the West Palm Beach 40 Days for Life vigil to lead the faithful in prayer.

"Rain or shine, Bishop Barbarito has always attended our 40 Days for Life [vigil] the two times we do it every year here in West Palm Beach," said Willy from the local campaign team.

A large group came out to pray with the bishop, and Willy said the successful event can be credited to a "total team effort."

Lord, we pray that you bless all lawmakers with the courage of the magi. We ask that you bestow wisdom and good judgment on those who serve in government. Give them the strength to do what is right and the courage to risk their careers to protect the unborn. Help them to use their positions of authority to cherish and defend life in America. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.
