The SDLP Party Conference is happening this weekend – Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th October – at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Belfast.

We cannot stay silent. This is the very Party that walked out of the NI Assembly in October 2019 and enabled Westminster to impose one of the most extreme abortion laws in Europe on Northern Ireland. Their betrayal has led to the deaths of thousands of unborn babies.

At this year's Conference, the SDLP's extremist Youth Wing will put forward a motion to "welcome" the killing of the 50,000 babies (which they call "progress") since abortion was legalised in the North and South of Ireland, and "commit that in a new Ireland we will not see a rollback" to the pro-life laws that once protected babies in their mothers' wombs.

Now is the time to stand up and be counted. Your presence at this protest is vital. We must show the SDLP - and the wider public - that Northern Ireland has not forgotten and will not accept their complicity.
