Instead of making it easier to vote-by-mail as the country faces a public health emergency, partisan politicians have decided to push debunked claims about fair, accessible voting measures.

But study after study has shown that voter fraud is basically a myth:

Despite the facts, conservatives are hellbent on propping up their unpopular voting restrictions because they care more about winning elections than the health or priorities of the American people.

If we want commonsense election reforms like expanding vote-by-mail and increasing early-vote, we need all hands on deck ahead of 2021. That's why we've launched and supported advocacy tools across the country demanding fair, accessible elections. Can we count on you to support our work?

It is no surprise that poll after poll reveals a majority of Americans prefer proposals to make voting safer and easier this November over options that could put their lives at risk.

Yet, for almost two months now, Mitch McConnell's Senate has sat on the HEROES Act, a bill that would help secure our elections by making voting more safe, fair, and accessible ahead of November.

And in gerrymandered states like Wisconsin, Ohio, and Georgia, state legislators are upholding voting restrictions or blocking election reforms. Unsurprisingly, they try to shield themselves from criticism by citing unsubstantiated claims on voter fraud.

We've seen this playbook before. It's all part of a nationally concerted scheme to steal elections this year to put partisan puppets in charge of the redistricting process next year.
