We are NINE DAYS from the Democratic Primary. Support my campaign and help me fight for Medicare for All in the U.S. Senate! [[link removed]]

I believe healthcare is a human right. I believe every Mainer – not just the wealthy – has a right to visit their doctor, get tests, see specialists, and recover their health without going bankrupt. It’s why I support Medicare for All and why I will fight for it in the U.S. Senate.

One of my opponents, Sara Gideon, disagrees. She says healthcare is a human right, but her policies will still leave many Mainers without coverage.

On July 14th, Medicare for All is on the ballot. Contribute now and let’s actually make healthcare a human right. [[link removed]]

Right now – even in the midst of a pandemic – there are Mainers who don’t have health insurance. It was always a terrible idea to tie health coverage with employment, and today we see the result: millions of Americans have lost their jobs and their health insurance.

But the gaps in our healthcare system precede the pandemic. Mainers who can't afford rising premiums and deductibles. Surprise billing with out-of-network doctors. Medication and specialists we can’t pay for.

Primaries matter, and Democrats have an important decision to make when they head to the polls. Sara Gideon talks about “expanding coverage” and says “healthcare is a human right,” but her plan will not add a single Mainer to the health rolls.

If healthcare is a human right, how can we leave Mainers behind?

We have NINE DAYS to reach out to Mainers. Please support my campaign today! [[link removed]]
