And just this past week, Republicans in Congress pushed the country into a shutdown rather than working on a bipartisan solution to lower costs and protect millions of American’s healthcare.

With the House, Senate, and White House under their control, the blame rests squarely on them. While Democrats stayed in Washington fighting to end the crisis, Republicans went home on vacation.
