It's Devin with WisDems.
There’s a lot of uncertainty going around right now about the government shutdown, so I’ve got some good news you should hear:
Last night, we faced our FEC end-of-quarter fundraising deadline.
I’ll be honest — we set an ambitious goal, and at times we had to prepare for the possibility that we’d fall short ahead of one of the most important election years in Wisconsin history.
I’m proud to report back that thanks to the hundreds of generous grassroots donations from across the country, we pushed past the finish line and sent a clear message that Wisconsin’s future is BLUE.
Whether or not you were able to donate, thank you. We appreciate your commitment to the WisDems and our mission to build a better Wisconsin.
Right now, Republicans in Washington would rather shut down the government than protect the health care of millions of Americans.
They’re hell-bent on raising premiums on working families, shutting down countless rural hospitals, and slashing billions in Medicaid and Medicare funding. Are we surprised?
Meeting last night’s end-of-quarter end goal is exactly how we’re going to unseat Derrick Van Orden, take back the Democratic House majority, and issue a critical check on Donald Trump’s dangerous assault on the health and wellbeing of American families.
So, while they attempt to overwhelm us, divide us, and render us useless against these attacks on our fundamental rights, let this be a testament to just what we’re capable of when we come together.
This fight for our state, our democracy, and our future is just getting started.
Thank you for standing with us.

P.S. We’re fueled by folks like you ready to flip WI-03 blue, elect our next Democratic governor, and keep MAGA extremism off our Supreme Court. If you didn’t get a chance to pitch in before midnight but still want to make a difference, consider chipping in $10 here.
