Yesterday, a devastating 6.9 magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Cebu, Philippines. Hospitals in the worst-hit areas are overwhelmed and struggling to manage the influx of patients. At least 69 people are confirmed dead and more than 150 were injured as of the latest reports.
