Dear Friend,
Nine months ago, I announced my campaign to serve as Colorado’s next Governor. And you have shown up for me. Thank you for your support then, this quarter, and going forward.
Your support has powered our campaign. And it has allowed me to deliver on what I promised when I announced on January 2 — that we would have real conversations around our state to inform our plan for Colorado’s future. And that we would hold a series of public events to share our vision for Colorado.
As part of our Fight for Colorado Tour, we have a great list of events coming up that take us across our great state, allow us to share ideas and plans, and learn from you. At the outset, let me highlight the beginning and end of our statewide tour:
Sunday, October 5th at 10:30am – Pueblo (on the Courthouse Steps): this will be the start of our statewide tour — as it was for my first two campaigns — and will be a great opportunity to highlight what drives our campaign. Please join us, spread the word, and RSVP Here. [[link removed]]
Monday, October 6th from 8:30 - 10:00am – Downtown Denver: Join us for a discussion with former Colorado Governor Roy Romer & Former Denver Mayor Federico Peña to learn from their experience leading Colorado at a critical time. Both Governor Romer and Mayor Peña have endorsed our campaign and are valued mentors of mine. Please join this very special conversation and encourage others to come, too. You can RSVP Here. Saturday, October 11th at 4:00pm – Denver (@ 3040 Blake St): Come help me wrap up the tour with a Backyard Community Party at Backyard on Blake. This is the same spot where I held other gatherings in my runs for attorney general, and we will be sharing some important information and calls to action. Please join us, spread the word, and RSVP here. [[link removed]]
As promised, our Fight for Colorado Tour will take us across the state from Pueblo and Alamosa to Fort Collins and Summit County to Durango, Grand Junction, and more. In short, I’ll be visiting with communities, and laying out our vision for a Colorado that works for all of us. I’d love to see you at one of these stops, and appreciate you helping us spread the word:
