Family Zoning at Land Use Committee!

The Family Zoning Plan is a once-in-a-generation proposal that could finally make it legal to build housing in more neighborhoods of San Francisco. It is winding through the process and the next stop is the Land Use and Transportation (LUT) Committee of the Board of Supervisors.

We need to show up in force to support this plan, just like we have every step of the way so far.

The start time is around 1:30pm, and we will provide updates on the likely start time. RSVP to stay up to date.

Support 172 Homes at Laguna Honda!

Show your support for a 100% affordable community at 250 Laguna Honda Blvd in the Forest Hill neighborhood! This proposal will have 172 affordable homes within a short walk from the Forest Hill subway station, served by the K, L, and M Muni Metro lines as well as the 36, 43, 44, and 52 bus lines. It's a great proposal for transit-oriented infill housing.
