The 172nd annual meeting of the Arkansas Baptist State Convention will begin on Monday evening and conclude on Tuesday afternoon at First Baptist Church in Russellville. The Pastors' Conference and Ministers Wives' Conference will begin at noon on Monday.

One Day Acts 1:8 Missions Experience

October 4

One Day Acts 1:8 Missions Experience provides an annual opportunity for Arkansas Baptists to impact lostness in a specific area of our state. Partnering with the churches of a local Association, Arkansas Baptists from across the state spend five hours on the first Saturday in October serving in a variety of ministries.

CONNECT Missions Weekend

October 17–19

Looking for a student missions experience? Join us for a week long missions trip experience packaged into a single weekend. CONNECT, geared toward students 7th through 12th grade, will be at Park Hill Baptist Church in Arkadelphia. Deadline to register is October 9.

Fort Smith Sending Church Lab

October 9

The Sending Lab is a one-day workshop that will help you develop a vision and plan for leading your church to send. It’s a collaborative experience that will connect you with other pastors on the same journey, while guiding you to identify your next steps for finding, developing, and sending church planters. Lunch and snacks provided. Attendee is responsible for their own transportation and lodging.

Women's Ministry Network Gatherings

Arkansas Baptist Women's Ministry Networks offer an opportunity for leaders to gather in regional groups to share ideas, discuss strategy, and get to know one another. Worship Leaders' Network Roundtables

The Arkansas Baptist Worship Leaders' Network is designed to connect worship leaders within their regions and across the state, to encourage through fellowship, to equip through resources, and to labor together in the expansion of God's Kingdom through evangelism. In an effort to connect worship leaders together, a Worship Leaders' Roundtable is hosted by a local church in each region throughout the year.

Lottie Moon Week of Prayer for International Missions

The International Mission Board of the SBC reports over 2.8 billion people who have little or no access to the Gospel. Your prayers and gifts to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering are a tremendous support and blessing in getting His message out to the nations. Lottie Moon Week of Prayer for International Missions is November 30–December 7.

ECON

Join us January 26–27, 2026, at Geyer Springs First Baptist Church in Little Rock for the Statewide Evangelism Conference (ECON). This free, two-day gathering will feature powerful worship, dynamic speakers Mark Hallock, Ben Mandrell, and Mark Mittleberg along with practical breakout sessions designed for a variety of ministries. No registration is needed to attend ECON, but workshops do require advance registration.

2026 Worship Leaders Conference

Annual Church Profile 2025

Arkansas Baptist churches are asked to complete the Annual Church Profile (ACP) statistical survey. The Arkansas Baptist State Convention (ABSC) and the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) and their agencies use the data collected to be aware of trends and plan ministry accordingly. Your church should receive a packet in the mail around the end of August with printed instructions. Or you may go to ar.sbcworkspace.com to fill out the survey online.
