Right now, 153 million children across the globe are going hungry.
Nearly 1 in 5 kids face food insecurity here at home, with rates as high as 1 in 2 in some rural counties. In a world with more than enough food for every child, that’s unacceptable.
So, we started Get Fed Up, a movement to finally end child hunger.
Together, we’re speaking out to protect two lifesaving programs: Food for Peace and the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC).
Food for Peace sends U.S.-grown food and farming support to over 40 million people, saving lives during global emergencies and helping families become self-sufficient.
WIC has
provided nutritious food, education and health screenings to pregnant women, breastfeeding moms, babies and young children for over 50 years.
Both programs could face cuts as Congress builds the 2026 budget. We’re fed up – aren’t you?
