important victories
for children and families in a generation.
In a
ruling that reverberated across the nation, the Court upheld Tennessee’s Help
Not Harm law—protecting vulnerable children from irreversible transgender drugs
and surgeries. The Court affirmed that states do have the right—and, indeed,
the responsibility—to shield children from the harm of radical gender ideology.
This
decision is a landmark win for children, for families and for truth.
And John, you helped
make it possible.

Today, Help Not Harm is law in 25 states. And
now it has been upheld by the
highest court in the land.
This is a moment to celebrate—and to praise
God. But it is not the moment to stop.
Because 25 states still leave children
unprotected. Parents are still being undermined and manipulated with questions
like, “Would you rather have a living son or a dead daughter?” And
detransitioners—those who were rushed into harmful “gender transitions” as
youth—still have little to no rights or recourse for the devastating pain
they’ve suffered.
That’s why I’m writing to ask for your most

Our team at Family Policy Alliance is already
hard at work to expand Help Not Harm laws to the remaining states. The battle
ahead will be even harder. The Left has taken note of our victories, and they
are organizing to stop us.
