Yesterday, in front of senior U.S. military leaders, dictator-in-chief Trump threatened Americans:
“We should use some of these dangerous cities as training grounds for our military… Because we’re going into Chicago very soon… We’re under invasion from within. No different than a foreign enemy.”
This isn’t “safety.” It’s fear and intimidation — an authoritarian tactic to paint everyday Americans as enemies, justify soldiers in our streets, and silence dissent.
But feminists don’t back down. We rise.
We’re rapidly scaling Women’s Protection Teams — women-led squads trained in unarmed civilian protection, safety planning, and rapid response. These teams make sure we keep each other safe, so our movements can keep organizing, marching, and refusing to be silenced.
We are all Chicago. We are all Memphis. We are all DC. We are all Portland. We will not turn on our neighbors. We will keep each other safe.
