Everyone knows I love saving some moolah. I've been a thrifty person for most of my adult life.
 
But friends, there is a time to save money and a time to spend money. You don't want some life-or-death item failing when you need it because you decided to save a few bucks. Rowan has a list of preps where she fully believes the splurge is worthwhile.
