First I want to say it means a lot that you’re even opening this email, because I know you care about the future of our district.

Tonight is my first FEC deadline since Donald Trump and Greg Abbott redrew our map. They didn’t do it just because they're trying to silence me -- they did it because they were afraid of you. Of the voters who keep showing up, again and again, to say we will be heard.

And that’s why this deadline matters so much. When our numbers go public next month, reporters will scrutinize them, Republican insiders will dissect them, and the very people who rigged this map will be watching too.

Right now, we’re $5,780 short of our online goal. If we close that gap, we’ll send a message that’s impossible to ignore: this district isn’t for sale, and the people here are stronger than any gerrymander.
