This week, I called out Nancy Pelosi and House Democrats on their unconstitutional attempt to seize more power by making Washington, D.C. a state.

The last thing we should be doing is giving the bureaucrats and lobbyists in Washington, D.C. any more power, especially over rural states like Montana. 

The House passed bill is an attempt to skirt the Constitution and will not stand in the U.S. Senate.
