Donald Trump and Republicans have dragged us to the brink of a government shutdown. Instead of negotiating, they’ve stalled, stonewalled, and even canceled meetings with Democrats – choosing political games over protecting health care and keeping the government open.

Trump finally showed up at the table yesterday. But instead of taking negotiations seriously, he posted a ridiculous AI-generated video after the meeting attacking Chuck and Speaker Jeffries. Clearly, they think this is a joke.

If the government shuts down, it’s because Trump and Congressional Republicans would rather shut the government down than protect your health care. The American people won’t forgive them if hospitals close, premiums spike, and families suffer because of their reckless leadership.
