So far, 2,171 Swing Left volunteers have signed up to knock doors and make phone calls in Virginia’s statewide election just five weeks from today.
That’s 2,171 members of this community who are dedicating their time to flipping the governor’s, lieutenant governor’s, and attorney general’s offices, as well as the eight swing State House districts we’re targeting.
These victories would give Democrats a governing trifecta in Virginia, a very big deal at a time when blue state power stands as one of the only xxxxxxs against Trump’s overreach from D.C.
They would also send a clear message that voters are ready to reject Trump and the MAGA agenda at every level of government, and lay more groundwork in competitive Virginia House districts ahead of the midterms in 2026.
But although we’re off to a strong start, it will take thousands more of us to reach every voter we need to win this November—and every volunteer shift matters.
