We are excited to announce that Judge Jim LaFave will be returning to CAH as a contract APA judge, beginning Wednesday, October 1, 2025.

Judge LaFave first joined CAH as a contract APA judge in 2005, became a full-time judge in 2012, and retired at the end of 2023.

We are grateful to have him back on our bench. He brings deep knowledge of our work and the ability to step right in on any APA case type.
