Folks, this month has been a whirlwind:

- Right-wing conspiracy theorist Laura Loomer attacked me for days online, calling for me to be “removed from office” simply for doing my job.
- In the Oval Office, Donald Trump had a complete and total meltdown, attacked me and my good friend Tim Kaine, and smeared our record of delivering for Virginia.
- Then – in a sign of how seriously Republicans are taking this race – a Trump loyalist and far-right Republican legislator announced his campaign against me.

But the truth is, I’m not worried about Laura Loomer’s lies. I’m not losing sleep over Trump’s insults. And I know Virginians aren’t rooting for a Trump loyalist who fought against Medicaid expansion and supports Trump’s tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans.

I am, however, worried about Trump’s allied super PACs. They were already watching us closely, but after this month, their marching orders are crystal clear: target my race, defeat me, and expand their majority in the Senate.

That’s why I’m asking if you can chip in for the first time before midnight. When we post our fundraising numbers after the deadline, we need to prove to my opponent, Trump, and Loomer just how strong this campaign is. Can I count on you to chip in right now?
