When Trump’s Department of Justice came after Daily Kos, we fought back. With

That wasn’t our first legal fight with MAGA’s anti–free speech zealots. We’ve
been battling RFK Jr. for five years in courts from California to New York. In
the most recent round, a Maine judge tossed his case earlier this month because
it was full of lies.

But the fight isn’t over. Now we’re suing RFK to set a precedent that will
stop bullies from abusing the courts to silence dissent.

Meanwhile, too many others cave under pressure. ABC/Disney, CBS/Paramount,
Meta, and Google have all surrendered to Trump shakedowns. Corporate media

moment MAGA yells.
