If we don’t win back the House, Republicans will keep doing this over and over and over again.

John,

Yesterday, Democrats met with Trump at the White House to find a way to avert a government shutdown.

So what did JD Vance say about the meeting? That Democrats are putting “a gun to the American people’s head.”

What an awful, disgusting metaphor to use -- especially when it's Republicans who are holding the American people hostage in a sick political game to slash health care for millions and protect tax breaks for the rich.

We can’t let them get away with it -- and if we don’t win back the House, they’ll keep doing this over and over and over again.

But I need your help. We're facing our biggest FEC fundraising deadline of the year at midnight, and we still need to raise $5,675 from grassroots supporters. Can I count on you before our big deadline tonight?

Trump and his Congressional yes-men keep gaslighting us — pretending to be reasonable while threatening a shutdown so they can slash health care and protect corporate tax cuts.

They say they’re defending the border — while masked agents kidnap our neighbors and send them to war-torn countries.

They claim to uphold the rule of law — while weaponizing the DOJ to prosecute political opponents.

This isn’t normal. It looks more like a banana republic than the world’s greatest democracy.

Our next election isn’t just another campaign; it could decide whether we keep our democracy alive or watch it slip into authoritarian rule. I refuse to sit back and let that happen, and I know you won’t either.

Every dollar matters right now. Please chip in now to protect our seat, flip the House, and hold Trump accountable before it’s too late.

Thank you for standing with me. For demanding better and for protecting what matters. We’re in the final hours. I truly appreciate everything you do.
