Hi friends, I’ll keep this super-short because I know your inbox is already overflowing. I reached out yesterday about why this 9/30 FEC deadline matters — everything we raise by midnight tonight will go into a public report, and our numbers will have a real impact on what we can get done.

I get a lot of questions about what people can actually *do* right now to fight back against the rise of authoritarianism, the extremism in our country, and the dysfunction of our government. 

My answer: Be in community. Join a group. Connect with the people around you. Protest. Speak out. And pick a candidate or organization or cause you believe in, and support them however and whenever you can.
