If Trump takes the court, he will be able to install MAGA loyalists on the court responsible for issuing final decisions on elections in the most important swing state for the ‘26 & ‘28 elections—allowing him to cheat in any way he sees fit. Outlawing mail-in ballots. Preventing Democrats ballots from being counted. Banning Democrats from even being on the ballot. And the terrifying thing is that if the election were held today, Trump would win.
