I’ll be honest with you — we’re in troubling times. 

Donald Trump and Congressional Republicans and their cuts to health care and raising the costs of health insurance for Americans have put our nation on the brink of a government shutdown. 

They’ve raised costs across the board with tariffs that are a massive tax on families and small businesses. This is all while we see corruption and self-enrichment from the President and his cronies.

Congressional Republicans have gone silent as the President weaponizes the government to go after those he considers enemies, dissenting voices exercising free speech, and every norm of our democracy. 

I won’t be silent. I won’t stop making Rhode Islanders’ voices heard in Congress. We have to keep pushing.
