Trump’s second term is an utter disaster—millions losing healthcare, skyrocketing prices due to Trump's tariffs, an economy teetering on the brink of recession, millions of Americans losing their jobs, and spiraling political violence.

Trump is taking the news like a toddler. He’s having a tantrum—unleashing ICE and the U.S. military to crackdown on protesters in the streets, gerrymandering Republican states like Texas in a desperate attempt to hold onto control of the House, and even having his administration pressure networks into firing late night show hosts for making fun of him.

Trump’s tantrum has a real chance of breaking our democracy.

This November, control of the Penslyvania’s Supreme Court is on the line. In a rare election that only takes place once every 10 years, Trump is attempting a coup while Democrats are asleep. If Trump is able to boot the 3 Democrat justices on PA’s Supreme Court that are up for retention, he won’t have to worry about facing the consequences for his actions.

If Trump takes the court, he will be able to install MAGA loyalists on the court responsible for issuing final decisions on elections in the most important swing state for the ‘26 & ‘28 elections—allowing him to cheat in any way he sees fit. Outlawing mail-in ballots. Preventing Democrats ballots from being counted. Banning Democrats from even being on the ballot.

And the terrifying thing is that if the election were held today, Trump would win. MAGA billionaires launched a surprise attack in PA that caught Democrats off guard, spending millions of dollars in advertisements trying to convince, and even trick, PA voters to kick the Democratic justices off of PA’s Supreme Court.
