When the quarter closes, we’re legally required to report our fundraising numbers. Those reports will be picked apart by the press, Republican operatives, and all of Trump’s allied super PACs.
Missing this benchmark now would signal weakness at exactly the wrong time. Because frankly, Republicans are already on the offensive: This month, Trump attacked Senator Warner from the Oval Office, and far-right conspiracy theorist Laura Loomer flooded the internet with lies and dangerous rhetoric – even calling for Mark to be “removed from office.”
Hitting our goal this month is the first important step to fight back, defend this critical seat for Democrats, and hold the line against Trump in the midterms.
