“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” – Declaration of Independence, July 4th, 1776 That promise made in the Declaration of Independence, the Promise of 1776, is what set the stage for the United States of America to be the most exceptional nation the world has ever seen. Though it took our nation time to fulfill that promise for all Americans, the Declaration of Independence, and later the Constitution, paved the way and demanded that we lived up to this promise. This is something to celebrate!
And celebrate we will! Everyone at Tea Party Patriots Action proudly and boldly wishes you and your family a Happy Independence Day! We love our country and the promise of our founding in 1776!
Join us this weekend – and this entire year – as we celebrate the exceptionalism of America and defend her from those that seek to burn and tear her down; to destroy the miracle that was the American founding. Patriots must stand up for American values and the American way of life. The malignant lies that so many Americans have absorbed and believe are antithetical to freedom and dangerous to the liberty promised to all Americans through our founding ideals, founding documents, and the Founders themselves.
President Calvin Coolidge once said, “If it is to survive, it will be because it has public support…The Constitution of the United States is the final refuge of every right that is enjoyed by any American. So long as it is observed, those rights will be secure. Whenever it falls into disrespect or disrepute, the end of orderly organized government, as we have known it for more than one hundred and twenty-five years, will be at hand. The Constitution represents a government of law. There is only one other form of authority, and that is a government of force. Americans must make their choice between these two. One signifies justice and liberty; the other tyranny and oppression. To live under the American Constitution is the greatest political privilege that was ever accorded to the human race.” You and I, and every other common-sense American must never give up or give in to the mobs, to the intimidation, to the Marxism, or to the lies. Our founding documents have fallen into disrespect and disrepute for too many Americans indoctrinated by radical teachers, social media, and the peer pressure of friends and the general culture. This is a dangerous position to be in, as stated by President Coolidge.
However, let us not be afraid to speak up to advocate for the principles of liberty and justice for all, and for the rights of all Americans enshrined in our Constitution. We must gather our courage, just as our Founders did, and step up, speak up, and act – the time is now.
Do not let the nihilists and Marxists steal your joy this weekend as you celebrate with your family. Teach your children and grandchildren about the miracle that is the American founding. Pass this knowledge and appreciation on to them.
Additionally, do not despair; keep pressing on and know that the more of us who speak up and act, the more others will feel emboldened to do as well.
