Republicans control Congress. They control the White House. And yet, somehow these clowns can't figure out how to keep the government from shutting down -- and they are demanding concessions from Democrats. To hell with that. They control the whole government, and if they are too dumb to figure out how to stop a shutdown, don't throw them a lifeline, let them sink.
