The Fourth of July is going to look different this year in Texas.

We’re living through strange and uncertain times, but across the country everyday Americans are rising to meet the challenges we face head on.

Nothing is more American than coming together in a crisis to support our communities. Nothing could be more patriotic, or more American, than continuing the fight to make liberty and justice for all a reality for all Americans.

We still have so much to celebrate today.
