Thank you to everyone who responded to my message at the end of last week to support the Texas Justice Fund. What an incredible response! I am grateful to all of you who contributed, and to all of you who are in this fight—and have been—for all the right reasons.
These are challenging days for us all. And there is so much going on. The redistricting efforts and the trial that starts this week in Texas. The increasing political violence and dysfunction. The looming government shutdown if Congress doesn’t act by tomorrow.
And all of this is coming together at the end of the third quarter of the year and the reporting deadline for federal campaigns. If your inbox looks like mine, you are probably getting a lot of requests from candidates for support at the end of the quarter. And we all know by now that at the end of every quarter, campaigns are legally required to file a finance report with the Federal Election Committee, which shows—supporters, potential opponents, and all who are watching the strength of our campaign.
As always, I am grateful for your support, and will be so if you can make a contribution to help us end this quarter strong—making sure that we have the resources to run a strong primary campaign in March and general election campaign in November. [[link removed]]

As of now, this report is scheduled to be the last report before the filing deadline for the 2026 election, so people who might want to get in the race will be watching to see the strength of this campaign.
