Friend, it’s Kevin.
Our country is going through some incredibly challenging times right now. Every day seems to bring more chaos, uncertainty, and division than the day before, and our leaders in Washington are stoking the flames rather than putting them out.
While we can’t count on Washington to have our backs, we can count on Mayor Kate Gallego to have ours here in Phoenix.
I know firsthand how she spends her days: figuring out how to collaborate with others and use the government's power to deliver the competent, positive solutions Phoenix needs.
And she has the receipts to prove it’s working:
- We are 98% of the way toward our goal of creating and preserving 50,000 homes by 2030, ensuring that people in Phoenix have affordable housing.
- Since 2012, we’ve reduced our per-capita carbon emissions by 20.5%, and our Shade Phoenix Plan is planting 27,000 trees and building 550 shade structures, ensuring Phoenix can adapt and thrive in a warmer climate.
- Our city has attracted hundreds of billions in investments from semiconductor giants, like TSMC, and medical research innovators, like the Mayo Clinic, creating well-paid, high-quality jobs.
Mayor Kate Gallego knows we’ve got more work ahead of us. Still, she’s proving that collaborative, competent, and positive governance can deliver the future we want for ourselves and our children.
Friend, join me in support of Mayor Kate Gallego’s work by donating to her organization, Keeping Arizonans Together and Engaged (KATE PAC). We have a critical end-of-quarter deadline tomorrow, and every dollar helps us reach our goal. >>
