Patriot, Independence Day is a time to celebrate and remember our accomplishments as the greatest nation in human history. Americans should be proud of what we have accomplished and what we continue to build. My family fled persecution to live out the American Dream. Thanks to the opportunities afforded to us and our hard work, I know I am an example of that American Dream story. Unfortunately, some want to wake us from that dream by destroying what makes us great. Anarchists are trying to tear down our history and desecrate statues and monuments across the country. As a child, I looked to the Statue of Liberty as that ultimate symbol of freedom. That freedom must be protected and preserved. I want to take this opportunity to say God Bless America and enjoy a safe and patriotic Independence Day!
