Hi there John, it’s DGA Chair Laura Kelly here with an important update on our End-of-Quarter fundraising goal.

It’s because of supporters like you that we’ve seen our fundraising numbers soar over the past few months. But with less than 2 days before September ends, we’re trailing short of our End-of-Quarter goal. Will you please chip in $3 before our critical deadline? Thanks to a group of generous donors, your donation will even be tripled up to our $250,000 goal until tomorrow at midnight.

As DGA Chair, I’ve seen this grassroots team step up time and time again in our most crucial moments. It’s because of donations from people like you, John, that we are able to elect Democratic governors across the nation – in states from Kansas and Kentucky to Maine and Minnesota.

And with Dem govs stepping up and acting as the last line of defense against Donald Trump – it’s never been more important to keep up our momentum.

Throughout this quarter, my fellow Democratic governors, including Gavin Newsom, JB Pritzker, Gretchen Whitmer, DGA Vice Chair Andy Beshear, and many others have reached out asking for your help. Now, in these final hours before our deadline, I’m personally asking:

John – will you please chip in to help us reach our final End-of-Quarter goal before this year’s elections? Your gift will even be tripled until midnight tomorrow up to our $250,000 goal. With just 36 days until Election Day, and 38 governors’ races – including in battleground states – this November and in 2026, we can’t afford to fall behind.

Meeting this End-of-Quarter goal is critical in expanding our firewall of Democratic governors – who are acting as the essential guardrails against extremism in the states.
