The Pennsylvania Supreme Court is the last line of defense for our rights. It’s where abortion access, voting rights, and fair elections have all been protected in recent years.

But here’s the truth: three of our Democratic justices are on the ballot this November. If we don’t retain them, we risk losing our majority, and with it, the progress we’ve fought so hard to secure.

Republican megadonors are already flooding the airwaves with attacks. They know flipping the Court could give them the power to roll back reproductive freedom, restrict voting access, and reshape Pennsylvania for the next decade.
