As a news anchor for more than 30 years, I built my entire career on trust and truth.

Congressman Perry can't say the same. He is a liar, and we have to vote him out.

Here is what you need to know about Perry's track record of lies:

Scott Perry's lie: He's tweeting about how our economy is booming — no doubt to make himself look good.

Fact check: Thanks to Perry's votes, health insurance premiums are skyrocketing, millions are getting kicked off their healthcare, job growth is the slowest it's been in over a decade, and his tariffs are causing the cost of groceries and goods to go up. That IS NOT a booming economy!

Scott Perry's lie: He perpetuated the "Big Lie" of a "stolen election" in 2020, claiming Italian satellites changed the results in voting machines.

Fact check: Despite absolutely zero evidence of election interference, Perry continued to perpetuate the Big Lie and helped plan the January 6th insurrection, where law enforcement officers lost their lives.

Scott Perry's lie: Perry claims to support Medicaid and Social Security — critical programs that seniors and low-income families depend on.

Fact check: Perry votes for bills that slash Medicaid benefits and supports programs that make it harder for Americans to access the Social Security benefits they've paid into their whole lives.

Those lies are why Scott Perry is struggling in his 8th congressional campaign and now has negative approval ratings! We cannot trust him.

John, you deserve to be represented by someone who will lead with integrity and honesty. Someone who will protect our health care, reproductive rights, public schools, and democracy. I will be that person for you in Washington, D.C.
